-Set a rack in the middle of your #oven and preheat it to 450°F.

-In a large #bowl, mix @flour{2%cup}(all-purpose), @baking soda{1/2%tsp} and @salt{1/2%tsp} until they are fully incorporated.

-> Note: If you don't have buttermilk, simply take a cup of milk and add one tablespoon of vinegar. Any vinegar will do.
