Make @cornbread{2%packages}(10-12 oz) according to package instructions and cool.
Alternatively, use 2-3 packages of cornbread stuffing mix.
Brown @sausage{1%lb} in a #large skillet{}.
Remove @&sausage and add @celery{4%cups}(chopped), @onion{3%cups}(chopped) and @parsley{3/4%cup}(chopped) and cook for about ~{10%min}.
Crumble @&cornbread in a #large mixing bowl{}, add the @&sausage, @thyme{1/2%tsp}, @sage{1/2%tsp}, @salt{1%tbs}, @pepper{1%tsp} and @apples{2}(peeled and coarsely chopped).
Lightly toss.
Add @eggs{3}(slightly beaten) and @tomato sauce{8%oz} and mix all ingredients.
