In a #large bowl{}, mix @flour{2%cup}(all-purpose), @sugar{3%tbs}, @salt{1/2%tsp}, @baking powder{1%tbs}, @baking soda{1%tsp} and @cinnamon{dash} and @nutmeg{dash}.
In a #small bowl{}, mix together @butter{1/4%cup}(melted), @eggs{2}(beaten), @milk{1 3/4%cup}, @lemon juice{1%tsp} and @vanilla{dash}.
Slowly stir the liquid mix into the dry mix.
Cook on a #griddle set to 325°F or a #frying pan{} over medium high heat.
