Saute @onion{1}(chopped), @garlic{4-5%cloves}(chopped) and @bell pepper{3-4}(chopped) in the pot, seasoning with @salt{} and @pepper{}. Add beef back into the pot and mix in @diced tomatoes{16%oz} and @salsa{1%jar}. Mix in @chili powder{5%tbs}, @cumin{3%tbs}, @mustard{2%tbs} and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a low bowl and simmer for ~{30%min}. Stir in @red kidney beans{2%cans}, @black beans{2%cans} and @pinto beans{2%cans} and bring back to a simmer for ~{10%min}. Stir in @zucchini{2-3}(chopped) and cook until the zucchini is soft.
